No. Finik is a payment system for businesses. To connect, you must have a registered individual entrepreneur or legal entity.
Where does the money from customers go?
Funds are deposited to your business account in the Finik system. You can manage your account through the mobile app or personal dashboard in the browser. Here's the login link: log in to dashboard.
How quickly do payments arrive?
Payments are credited to your account instantly. We believe that money shouldn't have to wait.
How can I withdraw money from my Finik account to my bank?
You can transfer funds through the app, personal dashboard, or submit a request to your manager — we'll help process the transaction through accounting.
Can I accept payments from customers with other banks?
Yes. Your customers don't need to install Finik. Payment can be made through any financial app available in Kyrgyzstan.
What is the maximum amount for a single payment?
A customer can pay up to 1 million soms for a single transaction.
In which currencies can I accept payments?
Currently — only in soms. We focus on stable operations within Kyrgyzstan, but we plan to expand.
Do you have integration with cash registers?
Coming soon. We're working on integration with the tax service so you can issue receipts online, directly through Finik.
