Document collection

For sole proprietor:
Copy of IE certificate
Copy of ID passport

Taxpayer registration card
For legal entities (LLC, JSC, CJSC, PU, PF, etc.):
Certificate of registration with the Ministry of Justice of the KR
Charter
Director and founders' passports
Decision to establish the legal entity

Completed legal entity questionnaire, filled out for your organization. You can find this form here
Completed beneficial owner form to be filled out individually for each of your founders holding more than 25% ownership. You can find this form here
License for activities (if the activity is licensed)
Contract signing
We sign a standard contract with all clients in two copies.
Account opening
After signing the contract, we:
Create your account in the Finik system
Provide access to the personal dashboard
Set access permissions for your team
Technical integration
If you want to start accepting payments on your website or mobile app, we will send you ready-to-use SDK modules and API for integration into your service.
